The location is unbeatable if you want to be right in the middle of everything, especially with the views you get from a high-rise in DTLA. The dark and minimalist aesthetic of the building actually feels modern and high-end, which is a nice change of pace from more basic apartment setups. Since the management is through Greystar, you know the resident portal and maintenance protocols are going to be handled "by the book" and professionally. Plus, the fact that it's a newer spot means you aren't dealing with the weird plumbing or layout issues you find in some of the older buildings around the area.

I’ve had a really good experience living here, it’s nice, clean, and peaceful. I haven’t used all of the amenities in my time here but I can’t wait to use all the community amenities. The main downside is that there are no cameras in the parking garage and non residents can easily enter and cause destruction and vandalize resident’s vehicles… both mine and my roommates were broken into and had no support from management… very unfortunate circumstance considering I have loved the rest of my experience here.

To start with the positive aspects, I often see the courtyard being washed and swept every day, which is really nice to see. However, the hallway cleaning on each floor doesn’t seem to be as active as it used to be. As for a negative point, I frequently notice gasoline vehicles parked in front of the EV chargers on the P1 level. I used to use the assigned EV spot before, but it was too expensive, so I don’t anymore. Because of that, I often rely on the P1 chargers, but most of the time when I go to charge, the spaces are occupied by gasoline cars. I rarely see any electric vehicles actually charging there. Please send an email to all residents to address this issue, and stronger warnings should be implemented as well. At times, towing those vehicles may even be necessary. One more thing — the parking lot is quite dirty. It would be nice if it could be washed occasionally. In some of the corner areas on the P1 level, I’ve even seen human feces a few times.

I love my views from my apartment the only thing is that I don’t like is that you get to hear the gate from the parking go up all the time they should silent it like the very front ones

The trash disposal systems need work because of constant cockroaches. Bigger items need to be disposed off properly. Packages get stolen. A camera in GR needs to be installed since there are constant noise complaints and break ins.

Great Location – The apartment is conveniently located near public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants, making daily errands a breeze. Spacious Layout – My unit has an open floor plan with plenty of natural light, which makes the space feel inviting and airy. Amenities – The gym, pool, and rooftop lounge are well-maintained and a great perk to have. The package locker system is also very convenient.

Promptly addressing maintenance needs for our community really makes a difference . Many of us are stress out from the events that occur everyday (some of which are out of our control and others are within our locus of control) . The grounds are always kept clean and they care a lot about how it looks which is great considering how LA is. It's always quiet, there's a lot of private areas for parties and celebrations, and overall just a great community.

I love living here. The staff are friendly, the grounds are immaculate. However, my coresidents don't feel the need to clean up after their dogs in the park which is disgusting but the staff do clean up. I just wish we weren't so childish.

We’ve been living here for more than a year and so far we love the building. I only have two things to complaint, some neighbors don’t clean after their pets so you may run into some surprises in the elevator, parking lots or the rooftop, we also had an incident around 3am with some people playing music super loud, we found out that some units are rented as Airbnb so that explained everything. The staff in the building are very friendly and helpful. Especially Licia she’s amazing.

I love the facilities at Be DTLA. My partner and I enjoy ordering Chipotle from downstairs or bringing food from our unit up to the roof deck to enjoy the nice sunset and daytime views. The staff have been very responsive and friendly, as well, both at the leasing office and the facilities. We also both use the fitness center regularly, and we hope to take advantage of the weekly classes when we have a chance! Thanks for a great resident experience!

From the 24/7 courtesy patrol to all of the kind office and maintenance staff, I always feel like i’m being taken care of. The events they throw are also spectacular! Overall, it's a solid complex with basic amenities (gym, small pool), general noise level is kept to a minimum, and residents keep to themselves (most times). Security concerns have been minimal given that it's in such close proximity to DTLA.

The location is ideal, with easy access to groceries and restaurants .The management team is responsive and helpful, always addressing any maintenance issues quickly and efficiently. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with large windows, updated appliances, a balcony. The community amenities, like the gym/pool/community lounge, add a lot of value, and the atmosphere is both friendly and peaceful. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to make BE DTLA my home! This property truly has everything I could wish for. The convenience of being close to everything I need is a huge plus, and the cleanliness of the property is always top-notch. The staff here are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to address any issues that come up. I’m fortunate to have a stunning apartment with an amazing view. On my days off, I love relaxing by the pool or heading up to the rooftop deck to take in the breathtaking sights. The only minor hiccup I encountered was a parking issue, but that was entirely my mistake and nothing more. What really stands out are the fun events they host; I make it a point to attend all of them because I know I’m in for a great time. Overall, I feel incredibly lucky to call BE DTLA my home. It’s a fantastic place to live, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

I was always a bit iffy about living in DTLA but when I found this spot it looked like a good area so decided to give it a shot, and it was a really good choice I’ve made this apt building is amazing , no loud noises from other neighbors , parking is not a mess , a lot of stuff nearby and plus my job is now near by. Would so recommend giving BEDTLA a shot.

I have found BeDTLA to be wonderful! Despite some difficulty with getting the mailbox together, the staff and neighbors have been very friendly and helpful. So many people helped us as we moved furniture, and we have always felt safe even after hours with the protection of the on-site security.

I’ve really appreciated the sense of community that comes with living at Be DTLA. The apartment itself is wonderful, and a fantastic place to relax—I love our balcony! In addition to that, the amenities throughout the complex make it an incredible place to belong to. I enjoy going to the Business Center to write, work, or read, and feel so grateful that such a space exists. The pool and pool house, the gym, even the hammock on the roof—every detail seems to be an intentional gift curated to the creation of a welcoming and hospitable environment. Even going on a walk throughout the complex is relaxing, passing under a tunnel of climbing jasmine or relaxing on any of the outdoor couches that are always kept so nice. It’s definitely the nicest apartment I’ve ever lived in!

I love that be Dtla has changed the flooring in the hallways to hard wood floors. They also maintain the rooftops very well. I am never disappointed when I bring friends/family over to enjoy it.

Overall good. Definitely not happy with the reduced hours of the Concierge desk which places a greater distraction on Coueteay Patrol. Also the gym needs more frequent monitoring/pick up since some residents leave weights unracked or on equipment/can’t put functional equipment back up. Also the exercise balls are all under inflated! I want to highlight Jonathan Pos. The unsung hero! He is always attentive and always willing to help. He’s calm and cool under pressure and I really appreciate the way he handles resident services and inquiries. One of the best! The staff here are amazing in general. The porters do an excellent job keeping up with the maintenance. The bad - THE TENANTS. I wish our neighbors would treat our grounds with more respect. Curbing their pets, trash, use of equipment, smoking… the staff works really hard to maintain the area and I wish tenants would do the same

The community is well-maintained and had a very welcoming atmosphere. The open spaces are particularly impressive, featuring wide walkways, greenery, and comfortable seating areas. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, such as the lighting that was strategically placed to highlight the community's stunning architecture. The apartment units themselves were equally impressive. Each unit was spacious and well-appointed, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The kitchens were well-equipped with high-quality appliances. In addition to the great physical spaces, the community had a number of fantastic amenities. These included a state-of-the-art fitness center, a nice swimming pool, I can see why this community would be such a great place to call home.

The experience I've had living here so far has been unbelievable. I work 2 miles away so traffic is no longer an issue. The freeway entrance is so close that I can get to work in ten minutes. Having the Grocery Outlet on premises also makes a world of a difference especially when you're missing that one ingredient in the middle of preparing your meal. Having a 24 hour fitness center insures no down time or boring episodes. The heated pool is also a great amenity not to mention the social events that take place in the pool house. But most of all I love the staff. They treat everyone like family and make you feel as if you were the only guest there. I can't leave out the tenants, it's like they are hand picked. It must be because they are very happy to live here. Keep up the great work, it is greatly appreciated!

Everything is almost perfect! My only big complaint is that when I walk out my apt I am greeted with a very strong urine smell more than likely from dogs of people that live on the 7th floor. It’s not just in front of my apt but it seems like my area is targeted the most I’ve already placed a work order. I hope something can be done about this as it’s not the most pleasant thing to walk out too

It's been about a month since I moved to this apartment. BeDTLA is well-managed apartment. The apartment maintenance staffs clean the rooftop, floor carpets, and other common areas constantly. Good amenities and on-site grocery market, Starbucks, and Chipotle. Leasing officers are providing nice service to residents, and there is no complaints so far from me. Ruby helped us transferring to the new unit, and she is amazing and super helpful! Also, I would like to thank Rene, maintenance staff, who changed our window screen, dishwasher rack, kitchen lights, and other requests. He was very kind and tried to help us on what we had to change when we just moved-in. Thank you so much Ruby and Rene!

I love this place!
