I’ve had a really good experience living here, it’s nice, clean, and peaceful. I haven’t used all of the amenities in my time here but I can’t wait to use all the community amenities. The main downside is that there are no cameras in the parking garage and non residents can easily enter and cause destruction and vandalize resident’s vehicles… both mine and my roommates were broken into and had no support from management… very unfortunate circumstance considering I have loved the rest of my experience here.

Ezri was exceptional with our application process. The top deck was amazing. The building had a great neighborhood feel. We loved the size and layout of the apartment.

To start with the positive aspects, I often see the courtyard being washed and swept every day, which is really nice to see. However, the hallway cleaning on each floor doesn’t seem to be as active as it used to be. As for a negative point, I frequently notice gasoline vehicles parked in front of the EV chargers on the P1 level. I used to use the assigned EV spot before, but it was too expensive, so I don’t anymore. Because of that, I often rely on the P1 chargers, but most of the time when I go to charge, the spaces are occupied by gasoline cars. I rarely see any electric vehicles actually charging there. Please send an email to all residents to address this issue, and stronger warnings should be implemented as well. At times, towing those vehicles may even be necessary. One more thing — the parking lot is quite dirty. It would be nice if it could be washed occasionally. In some of the corner areas on the P1 level, I’ve even seen human feces a few times.

Really like everything about living there from maintenance to security. The gym is amazing the pool and pool house we get to chill. I love my views from my apartment the only thing is that I don’t like is that you get to hear the gate from the parking go up all the time they should silent it like the very front ones
